 At our core, we firmly believe that individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) have the potential to become the coaches and sports teachers of the future. Our tailored qualifications are designed to empower SEND adults by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified coaches, achieving financial independence in the process. We recognize that sports offer countless opportunities for individuals to build successful careers and earn a living wage, and we firmly reject the notion that SEND should be a barrier to such opportunities. 

 Our mission is to provide every SEND child and young adult with the opportunity to earn a formal qualification that will enable them to secure paid work in a sports club or school. We believe that many SEND children have the potential to become valuable assets as assistants, group or individual coaches, and even physical education teachers in SEND schools. By empowering them with the necessary skills and experience, we can help them unlock their full potential and make meaningful contributions to the sports industry. 

 We envision a future where individuals with SEND become powerful sources of inspiration for others in their community. By becoming coaches and teachers in SEND schools and mainstream sports clubs, they can not only achieve financial independence but also make significant contributions to society. Providing SEND coaches and teachers with a platform to showcase their skills and abilities will create a sense of belonging for SEND adults, empowering them to positively impact the lives of others.
